I reached out to Dennis twice regarding these issues upon arrival and never got a response. Reviews stated this glass tree house was sound proofed very well, those reviewers lied. Also outside the downstairs bedroom is a motion sensing light that comes on 700 times a night so good luck sleeping.
The shower faucet from IKEA downstairs is either scalding hot or freezing cold, the mixing valve is clearly broken. The sofa upstairs is disgusting, it’s original color is cream but it is now turning black, gross. Within minutes of walking around in my socks they were covered in long dog hair and my sons feet were black. I’m not sure why this stay has such amazing reviews.
